  2. Hey Waldick, love the video brah…listen have you tried any water ionizers
    if so how has it worked out for you? One of the things I do is I add lemon
    or lime to most of the water I drink and its fantastic!!! You should look
    up the benefits of drinking lemon water and the overall benefits of a high
    alkaline diet. I also get the PH ion drops and squeeze several drops in my
    water. Again great stuff buddy my best regards and keep making videos, In

  5. I lilke it, I feel the same way. It’s pretty crazy actually how your mind
    does change your reality. for example I had a big change in my outlook from
    being negative to posotive. I remember seeing so many people also being
    negative, and after my transformation, these same people were also more
    posotive. the world is changing!!!!!!!!

    (especially noodles or putting raw chops on the grill/in the pan). The
